About The Position

As a Part-Time Store Support team member at Jaxen Grey, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes and on the sales floor. You’ll support inventory processes, maintain store organization, and help ensure products are accessible, replenished, and ready for customers. The role offers hands-on retail experience and an opportunity to develop an understanding of store operations. You’ll work closely with store leadership, inventory teams, and sales stylists to support daily priorities and contribute to an efficient, well-organized, and welcoming store environment.

Scheduling is flexible based on business needs and typically ranges from approximately 8–20 hours per week. Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability is required; coverage for certain holiday shifts is expected, but not every holiday.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales floor by restocking merchandise and maintaining visual and cleanliness standards.
• Return merchandise to its proper location and assist with overall floor organization.
• Locate products in backstock for the sales team as needed.
• Support inventory processes, including ticketing, shipment processing, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom to support efficient product flow.
• Replenish and prepare merchandise for the sales floor based on store needs.
• Support e-commerce and operational processes, including order picking, shipping preparation, and transfers.
• Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering phones, assisting at the register, and supporting fitting room operations.
