We are currently seeking a friendly and service-driven Barista to join our Food and Beverage team. As a barista, you'll be the face of our grab-and-go coffee shop and marketplace, crafting quality beverages, delivering top-tier customer service, and creating memorable moments for the guest on the go. Whether guests are catching a flight or winding down after a long travel day, you'll be there to serve them with efficiency, warmth, and a smile.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and Holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Rooted Grounds Coffee drinks, teas, and light snacks
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and equipment.
- Uphold Marriott brand standards and service culture
