About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee encourages connection. Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
