About The Position

As a Barista, create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each interaction can brighten a customer’s day. Engage with customers, understand and respond to their needs, and prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests. Work in a fast-paced store environment and be ready to perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
• Engage with customers and discover and respond to their needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes and customize orders as requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store policies and standards for safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
