About The Position

Starbucks baristas create a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments by preparing coffee, beverages, and food while engaging with customers. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must follow store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. Requirements

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
