About The Position

Baristas prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer-specific modifications, provide clear and pleasant service, handle cash, and follow store operating, safety, and security standards. They may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must be available for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Previous experience is not required.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and communicating clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
- Handle cash and follow store operating, safety, and security policies and standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
