Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products according to store standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
