About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Teller for its National Branch Network. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions. The Teller accurately processes transactions, provides a welcoming and reliable experience, learns about customers’ needs, and introduces relevant products, services, and digital tools. The role connects customers with bankers for detailed product conversations and works closely with branch teammates to support smooth daily operations and consistent service. It provides exposure to retail banking and opportunities for long-term career growth through Wells Fargo training, coaching, and team-based support. The position is based at 1500 Custer Rd, Plano, Texas. The work schedule will include Saturdays. Applicants must pass a required language assessment. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish and English.
Must take and pass the required language assessment.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships by actively listening to everyday financial needs and connecting customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercise sound judgment, and manage risk in line with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, clarify customer needs, and provide simple solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; monitor, identify, escalate, and remediate issues as appropriate.
