About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Barista/Cashier to provide friendly customer service and a welcoming experience for travelers at JAC Airport. The role involves taking and preparing beverage orders, processing transactions, maintaining an orderly workspace, and supporting daily operations. The schedule is listed as weekdays and weekends from 12:00 p.m. until the last flight; weekends are required. Veterans and military family members are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
- Availability to work weekends; weekday and weekend shifts are listed as 12:00 p.m. until the last flight.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point-of-sale system.
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues while providing exceptional service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations.
