About The Position
Tailwind Hospitality is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Starbucks Barista to serve travelers at the Huntsville International Airport (HSV). The role focuses on welcoming guests, preparing and serving beverages to company standards, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Baristas help create a positive guest experience and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. Veterans and military family members are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge and have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual.
Requirements
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide friendly service.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point-of-sale system.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.
