About The Position

Hudson, North America’s leading travel retailer, is hiring Starbucks Baristas for a brand-new store at Tulsa International Airport. This role focuses on creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, becoming an expert in handcrafting Starbucks beverages, and connecting with travelers. Baristas will prepare high-quality beverages and food items, provide prompt and friendly service, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. The position requires staying calm during busy periods, supporting the team, and showing reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

Ability to work well as part of a team.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Quick learner with the ability to take on multiple tasks during each shift.
Able to follow oral and written instructions and ask questions when needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with good time-management and multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

Barista experience is a plus.
Food & Beverage experience is also a plus.

Learn Starbucks’ signature recipes and become an expert in handcrafting everything from lattes to seasonal favorites.
Connect with travelers, offering warm service, and helping create a welcoming environment.
Prepare high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
Provide prompt, friendly service and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Follow all operational, cash-handling, and safety procedures.
Stay calm and positive during busy periods and support the team as needed.
Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily store tasks to keep the café running smoothly.
Work as part of a team, contribute to a positive environment, and support new partners during training.
Show reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
