About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and help brighten customers’ days through friendly, attentive service. Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
