About The Position

La Colombe is seeking a Barista to provide warm, energetic service and help create a welcoming café experience. Baristas engage with customers, prepare drinks, maintain a clean workspace, support teammates, and represent the brand. Coffee training is provided.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but is not required.
• Take pride in teamwork and embody the One Dove principles: Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness.
• Be comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions.
• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to walk, bend, reach, and twist frequently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide genuine, welcoming service.
• Prepare drinks consistently and to quality standards.
• Take responsibility for the assigned station and shift.
• Keep the café clean and orderly.
• Support teammates and help improve café operations.
• Bring positive energy to each shift.
