About The Position

As a Barista at MGM Resorts International, you will play a key role in creating fun and memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring their visit is special from start to finish. This position involves working in a fast-paced, friendly environment where daily tasks contribute to unforgettable 'WOW' moments. Responsibilities include efficiently taking and placing orders, serving and garnishing food and drinks, accurately handling cash and comp procedures, and properly packing orders with necessary condiments. You will also be responsible for labeling and dating products according to safety and sanitation standards, performing opening and closing duties, and managing inventory by unloading warehouse orders and stocking products in designated areas, maintaining organization and replenishment at workstations and counters. Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Take and place order and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable.
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures.
• Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments.
• Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.
