About The Position
As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for installing, moving, and repairing slot machines and associated equipment. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
Requirements
- Demonstrates 1+ years of experience in slot repairs
- Possesses a strong understanding of electronics, mechanics, and computer systems
- Shows proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Excels in problem-solving with the ability to think on their feet
- Communicates effectively and works collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Trouble-shoot and repair slot machines
- Install, convert, and modify machine and related equipment
- Perform jackpot checks and assist with hopper fills
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while providing our guest with personalized service
