As a Marketing Manager at MGM Resorts International, specifically for Beau Rivage, you will be the driving force behind marketing initiatives. Your role is pivotal in bringing campaigns to life, ensuring they resonate with the audience and align with the brand vision. Requirements

  • Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
  • Takes pride in meticulous attention to detail
  • Exhibits 3+ years of prior relevant experience in marketing, advertising, events, media, or a related field within the hospitality/gaming industry
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to positive outcomes
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity
  • Excels at managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Project-manage planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property
  • Partner closely with marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) and property partners
  • Develop creative materials required for on-property activation in collaboration with central marketing teams
  • Ensure delivery of creative assets per brief and conduct quality checks on content
  • Collaborate with Entertainment and Events teams to manage on-property activation aligned with strategy
  • Prepare key materials for the Director for meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate Audit website/3rd party content weekly and aggregate required changes for the Director's review
