About The Position

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the initial point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. This role involves connecting with guests, understanding their individual needs, and delivering memorable experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments.
• Check guests in and out of facility.
• Provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
• Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions.
• Ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.
• Manage cash bank daily.
• Retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
