About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customer interactions brighten someone’s day. You work in a fast-paced environment, engage with customers, and take pride in providing quality service. The role includes preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders, handling cash, following store safety and security standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
