About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. You contribute to meaningful customer moments by engaging with people, offering friendly service, and creating quality beverages and food in a fast-paced environment. The role involves following store operating policies and standards, preparing orders to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and communicating clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
