About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, and create meaningful moments through friendly service. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders, handling cash, following store safety and operating standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
- Availability to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service through clear, pleasant communication and by discovering and responding to customer needs.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders as requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
- Handle cash and follow store operating, safety, and security standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
