About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience by preparing quality coffee, beverages, and food while engaging with customers and helping make each visit meaningful. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. Baristas may perform a variety of store tasks during each shift and follow store standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
