About The Position

The Anthem is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. Whether you have previous coffee experience or are eager to learn, we'll provide the training needed to prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and espresso beverages while delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event days.

Nice To Haves

• Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other specialty beverages.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
