About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. Through friendly service, remembering customers’ preferences, and engaging with people, you help create meaningful moments. The role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work, takes pride in their work, and is willing to perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
