About The Position

Salt City Coffee is hiring a Barista at its Fayetteville location on a full-time or part-time basis. The role involves preparing coffee beverages and food items, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and helping create a welcoming environment. Applicants should be available to work both Saturday and Sunday, at least two weekdays, and a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and holidays. Pay is $14.20 per hour plus tips, and the start date is ASAP.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and food items with precision and care.
Guide customers through the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences and the Barista’s expertise.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including during busy periods.
Maintain a spotless, organized work environment and complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
Represent Salt City Coffee by embodying its values and mission.
