About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming environment and meaningful customer moments. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their needs, and preparing quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications. Baristas may perform a variety of store tasks during each shift and are expected to follow operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.
