About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and service foster connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, and prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards or customize orders as requested. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required. Requirements

Ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products according to store policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes and customize orders when requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
