About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. Each shift is an opportunity to brighten customers’ days through friendly service, attention to their preferences, and meaningful interactions. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer requests, following store policies and standards, and taking on a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
