About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and help make each visit meaningful. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of tasks during each shift while following store operating policies and standards.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customized instructions, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security policies.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
