About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to customer preferences. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
