About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and use each shift to brighten customers’ days. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, engage with customers, handle cash, and perform a variety of store tasks while following operating, safety, and security standards.
Requirements

- Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

- Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating standards.
- Engage with customers, identify their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
