About The Position
The Barista creates a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. In a fast-paced store environment, the role includes engaging with customers, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and completing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

- Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store policies and standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
