About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience by preparing beverages and food, engaging with customers, and helping make meaningful moments during each shift. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks throughout a shift and must follow store operating policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service through clear, pleasant communication and by identifying and responding to customer needs.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Follow store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
