About The Position

The Barista provides excellent guest service and performs barista duties, including cash handling and use of electronic sales systems. The role includes completing opening and closing duties, daily side work, and checklists. They must be adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet goals.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Be available for flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Be adaptable and able to work independently or with a team to meet goals.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store policies and standards.

Responsibilities
