About The Position

The Barista helps create a warm, welcoming environment and meaningful customer connections through coffee and service. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their needs, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks. Requirements

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
