About The Position

Eurest is hiring full-time and part-time Baristas at T Rowe Price in Owings Mills, Maryland. The position prepares and serves coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items, following standard recipes, food-safety guidelines, and quality standards. Baristas interact with customers courteously, process orders and payments, maintain attractive food displays, and keep the service area, equipment, supplies, and utensils clean and orderly. Schedules are Monday through Thursday, with hours that may vary; further details are provided during the interview. The hourly pay range is $18.00 to $20.00.

Requirements

Barista experience required.
Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
Enter orders accurately into a POS device and accept cash and charge payments.
Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining a clean service area.
Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
Prepare food using approved recipes and prescribed production standards.
Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
Thoroughly clean equipment and the workstation before leaving the area for other assignments.
Greet customers courteously and interact with them to ensure satisfaction; relay relevant concerns to supervisors.
Serve customers quickly and efficiently and prevent delays in serving lines.
Understand daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
Use selling techniques and good communication to assist customers with buying decisions.
Merchandise display foods attractively and serve food neatly according to standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
