About The Position

Starbucks baristas create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. Baristas prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests, handle cash, and follow store policies and standards for quality, safety, and security. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and understand their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Provide quality beverages and food products.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
