About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience and meaningful moments through coffee service. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to their needs, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized instructions, and performing a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
