About The Position

In this dynamic role, you'll craft delicious beverages, oversee daily operations, and lead a friendly team dedicated to quality and efficiency.

Proven experience as a barista and one year previous café or food service experience required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
Demonstrated ability in time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and working in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising or leading a team in a food industry setting preferred.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage daily café operations, including opening, closing, staffing and maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and manage sales efficiently.
Oversee inventory levels, restock supplies, and coordinate food handling and preparation to ensure smooth service flow.
Train new staff on food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, POS operation, and customer service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and positive attitude to ensure satisfaction.
