About The Position

Drive our guests to where they need to go, safely and on time! Join the Crowne Plaza KC Downtown in Kansas City, MO as our new Van Driver/Bellperson. As a Van Driver, combining safety and service is your mission! As a frequent first or last point of contact with our guests, your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring makes all the difference.

Requirements

Must possess a valid state driver’s license (state specific designations may be needed)
Successfully pass a Department of Motor Vehicles report and drug test
Possess a strong service ethic
All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests to/from airport and neighborhood destinations, providing general information and luggage assistance
Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner
Assist and direct guests with knowledge of hotel, amenities, local area, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services
Adhere to all company guidelines regarding safely policies and procedures.
