Requirements

  • Bring 1–3+ years of barista or café experience to the table.
  • Have a flair for espresso machines and the art of drink preparation.
  • Possess strong communication and leadership skills that inspire those around you.
  • Be ready to embrace flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as we come together to create incredible experiences.
  • Be comfortable thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where every shift is an adventure!

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and support your barista team during shifts, fostering a collaborative spirit.
  • Train new members on the art of crafting delicious drinks, impeccable service standards, and maintaining a sparkling clean workspace.
  • Provide uplifting coaching and feedback to keep morale high and performance stellar.
  • Step in to assist with scheduling and shift coverage when needed, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Take charge of executing and overseeing our exciting opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure every beverage dazzles with consistency, quality, and speed that keeps guests coming back for more.
  • Maintain a clean and organized café, where everything shines and equipment is in top shape.
  • Thrive during the rush of peak resort times – weekends, special events, and the lively summer season.
  • Serve up friendly, efficient, and engaging service that leaves guests smiling.
  • Tackle guest concerns head-on with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to impress.
  • Create an unforgettable, welcoming café experience that captures the essence of resort-level hospitality.
  • Keep a keen eye on stock levels, ensuring that our café is always well-equipped for success.
  • Help manage waste and control costs, making every cup count!
  • Maintain meticulous storage and product rotation to guarantee freshness.
  • Assist with POS operations, cash handling, and daily reporting, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Champion our sales initiatives through clever upselling and promoting seasonal features that excite our guests!
