About The Position

The Barista delivers exceptional customer experiences and contributes to store sales performance by driving sales and representing the Coach brand professionally and enthusiastically. The role includes greeting and assisting guests, maintaining knowledge of the menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage, promoting beverages, food, and merchandise, and supporting visual merchandising. The Barista also prepares handcrafted beverages and maintains cleanliness and food safety standards while collaborating with teammates to solve problems and share selling strategies.

The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. The role requires regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom. Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
