About The Position

The Anthem is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Barbacks to support our bar operations during live events. This is a physically demanding position that plays a critical role in ensuring our bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Friday and Saturday availability required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized bar stations throughout events.
• Remove trash and empty glassware promptly.
• Assist bartenders with operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate large crowds safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and house policies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar operations.
