About The Position

The Barback assists bartenders by stocking beverages and supplies, replenishing ice, cleaning bar areas, washing glassware, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role helps ensure exceptional guest service by supporting smooth and efficient bar operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer as well as other products offered.
Knowledge of standard bar equipment to include dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine, etc.
Basic problem solving and decision-making skills.
Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
Ability to work on a fun, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping to restock and organize supplies.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. (e.g., cases of liquor, kegs, boxes of supplies).
Manual dexterity and coordination to handle glassware, bottles, and bar equipment safely.
Ability to move efficiently in tight or crowded spaces behind the bar.
Tolerance for varying temperatures (e.g., near ice machines, coolers, or outdoor bars).
Ability to handle slippery surfaces and safely manage spills.
