Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED preferred
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Interest in growing bartending skills is a plus!

Responsibilities

Keep the bar fully stocked and ready for service
Prep and label garnishes (citrus, herbs, olives, Bloody Mary items, etc.)
Juice fresh citrus and prepare squeeze bottles
Refill ice wells, napkins, and bar supplies
Change beer kegs and restock liquor bottles
Maintain clean bar rags at each bartender station
Clean glasses, dishes, counters, and spills promptly
Assist bartenders as needed during busy service
Collect empty glassware from the bar area
Relays key info to security such as if a line is forming outside, if someone is drinking from an outside bottle, and if someone appears to be underage or too rowdy
Help enter orders into the POS system when needed
Communicate important observations to security
Take out trash and recycling as needed
Clean and reset the bar for the next shift
Restock garnishes and bar containers
Clean mats, floors, furniture, sinks, and glassware
Put away liquor and beer deliveries
Track opening or closing liquor inventory
