About The Position

Dellshire Resort is seeking a motivated and energetic Barback to support beverage operations across the resort’s dining, lounge, and entertainment outlets. The Barback plays a critical support role by assisting bartenders with stocking, organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a collaborative Food & Beverage team. The Barback helps ensure bars remain fully stocked, clean, organized, and prepared for service throughout each shift.

Requirements

Previous barback, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Ability to obtain or maintain applicable alcohol awareness certification as required by Wisconsin law

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders with maintaining efficient beverage service operations
Stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and supplies throughout the shift
Refill and restock bar inventory as needed to maintain uninterrupted service
Prepare garnishes, mixers, syrups, and beverage station supplies
Assist with keg changes and beverage storage organization
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas, storage rooms, coolers, and service stations
Wash and polish glassware, bar tools, and equipment
Remove trash, empty boxes, and recyclables from bar areas regularly
Ensure floors and workspaces remain clean and safe throughout service
Support bartenders and servers in providing exceptional guest service
Assist with delivering beverages or supplies to designated service areas as assigned
Maintain professionalism and urgency in a high-volume environment
Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding operational needs
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to company procedures
Maintain awareness of guest safety and report concerns immediately
Follow Dellshire Resort appearance standards and workplace policies
