About The Position

The Barback supports bartenders by maintaining a clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready bar. The role helps ensure efficient beverage service and a positive experience for guests and team members. It involves frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Team members may lift up to 50 pounds during regular duties and work around noise, smoke, cleaning chemicals, uneven surfaces, and moving equipment. Equipment may include a dish machine, pallet jack, and two-wheeler.
