Your Role: Our successful Bar Porter promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to every guest, every time while cleaning and restocking bars.
- Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, sanitation and organization.
- Communicate with and promote positive team member and guest interactions and maintain professionalism at all times while working with other team departments and guests in accordance to Signature Service guidelines.
- Maintain strictly, the established company uniform, well-groomed, appearance and hygiene standards at all times.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
- Previous stockroom experience preferred.
- Able to use a hand truck.
Responsibilities
- Supplies the bar with clean glassware and bar and bottle service ware; placing them in the dishwasher to be cleaned and sanitized.
- Returns all cleaned and sanitized glassware and bar and bottle service ware to properly assigned areas at the bar and cocktail service station.
- Maintains fully stocked back bar coolers with beer, open wines for glass service and bottled water and mixes for bottle service.
- Maintains fully stocked ice bins.
- Remove all trash and mop at end of shift.
