Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Smart Serve certification
- The ability to successfully pass physical preplacement assessment
Responsibilities
- Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
- Taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Setting up bars with juices, garnishes, mats and glassware
- Stocking and wiping down bars, emptying garbages, cleaning floors and refrigerators, and washing glassware
- Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Lifting up to 30 – 50 lbs; pushing and pulling weight up to 60 lbs repetitively throughout your shift
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
