About The Position

As a Bar Porter on Hilton’s Hotels team, you help prepare bar areas for service and deliver memorable guest experiences. You prepare fresh ingredients and garnishes, keep the bar stocked, handle beer kegs and taps, assist with inventory, and maintain clean storage and service areas. The role requires compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

Cut, slice, and peel garnishes and fruits; mix juices; and place prepared supplies in designated containers.
Work with the bartender to keep the bar stocked with glassware, ice, produce, condiments, and paper products.
Transport, replace, and maintain beer kegs and taps to support uninterrupted service.
Retrieve orders from the storeroom, visually check stock, reconcile it with written requisitions, and re-check deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas.
Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
