About The Position
The Bar Porter is responsible for the area relative to supplies, equipment and the removal of empty or soiled articles. Creates a high standard of cleanliness to bar, according to established policies, so guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Works towards providing guests with a safe and memorable experience. Pushes, pulls, stocks and unloads carts and liquor cabinets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1- 2 years of high volume beverage service experience in a night club.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must possess knowledge of different brand beverage items.
- Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.
- Must possess good time management skills
- Must be able to work without close supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members
- Must have an open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
